Ideal Properties Group's Market Report: First Quarter 2015

Residential sales prices increased 21.6 percent in Brownstone Brooklyn and North Brooklyn in the first quarter of 2015 compared to this time last year, according to the IPG’s Brownstone Brooklyn and Beyond market report (http://tinyurl.com/oo4kybq). The report also revealed that property prices rose 7.1 percent from the previous quarter, and that townhouse sales prices rose 19.9 percent from a year ago — further illustrating the continuing interest in Brooklyn's real estate.
