Ideal Properties Group's Market Report: Fourth Quarter 2015

Ideal Properties Group’s fourth and closing quarter report revealed (tinyurl.com/h8rttvo) a confident performance: median prices increased 5.2 percent to $999,050 from the previous year, while median prices per square foot rose from $910 per square foot to $987, increasing 8.5% percent. The upward pricing trend, both generated and sustained by Brownstone Brooklyn’s chronic state of low inventory, continued through the year’s closing quarter. Average prices, up 5.6 percent from prior quarter, and 13.8 percent year-over-year, are nearing the $1.5M mark.
